Delivery & Handling
Delivery takes approximately 5 – 10 business days. We only deliver Australia wide. Costs can be calculated at checkout. We offer a click and collect service with a $15 handling fee. Please note that Drivers license & signatures maybe required on receipt of goods.
1-year warranty
We warrant the device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary commercial and consumer use from the date of the original purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the device and you follow the instructions for returning the device, we will at our option to the extent permitted by law, either repair the device using either new or refurbished parts, replace the device with a new or refurbished device that is the equivalent to the device that is to be replaced, or refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the device.
This limited warranty also applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair, replacement part or replacement device for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever period is longer. All replaced parts and devices for which a refund is given shall become our property.
This limited warranty applies only to the hardware components of the device that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire, or other external causes, alterations or repair. The device will not be warranted if the user instructions are not followed resulting in: Corrosion or overheating of the electronics or terminals due to not cleaning and drying before use.
Overheating of electronics and terminals due to repeated activations without allowing for the cooling-off period as specified in the user manuals.
Damage caused by using dirty or unfiltered water.
Trigger spray heads on misting spray bottles are classed as a consumable item & will have a reduced 3 month warranty period.
Warranty period
The products are warranted for a period of 1-year commencing from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty on the products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in unworn, complete, including box and components, and in the same condition as you received it.
It is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to ensure your package is returned to us
In the event an item is received broken or damaged, then you will be given a full refund or we’re happy to exchange the item, dependent on what you are likely to prefer.
Returns within 1-month of purchase should be the complete system in the original packaging. Returns after 1-month and within 1-year should include the base unit, jug, lid, electrical adapter and plug. Returns of incomplete systems will not be warranted.
When returning a failed unit, please provide the date of original purchase, name of company you purchased the device from, reason for device failure, and name, address and email of the owner.
